Cancellation and Refund Policy

Note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will inform you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit / debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card Account within 15 days or next billing cycle of your credit card.

Returns

Return for a product will be accepted only if:

• Order is received in damaged condition.
• Wrong product is sent.
• Part of the order is missing. 

In all of the above cases, customer shall inform us within 72 hours of receiving the order with a valid image proof via an email at support@fusionoilstudio.com. No return or any other claim will be acceptable or valid after the expiration of 72 hours from the time of delivery of the product.

Please allow us 48-72 hours to review your request. Once the request is approved, we will initiate a reverse pickup. Our courier partner will pick the order from your doorsteps. Upon receiving the returned order, our service team will review the same. If the issues described by you are verified, our team will initiate a refund within 24 hours. In case your pin code is not serviced by our courier partner, you will have to self-ship the product(s) back to us, to reach our Returns Department. For all self-shipped returns, contact support@fusionoilstudio.com for address, you will be reimbursed INR 100 towards your shipping costs as a voucher which can be used for future purchases on our website. The same is subject to your returns being inspected and quality checked on receipt in our warehouse.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 Business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@fusionoilstudio.com.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
